We ship anywhere in the Continental U.S.!
What is your online return policy?
We accept returns for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase for online orders. All sale merchandise, vintage jewelry, and personalized items are FINAL SALE.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept Discover.
If I place a bulk order, do you offer discounts?
Yes we do! Everyone’s idea of a bulk order is different. Please contact us with the quantity, item name, and other necessary information, and we will let you know if you apply!
What is the bridal registry?
Our bridal registry is not your typical registry! Register with us, and you and your bridal party will receive a 15% discount on all items purchased in the store until the day of your wedding! We currently are not offering the discount online. We will also be sending promotional e-mails regarding discounts and sales so be on the lookout!
What is the processing time on my order?
All online orders will be processed the next day and will ship out within 2 business days of your order.
How quickly can I get my order?
Need your order sooner rather than later? Choose 2nd day shipping at checkout to get your order faster!
Can I return monogrammed items?
No, once the item has been monogrammed, it is a final sale.
Can I make a change to my order?
If you find an error on your order confirmation, please contact us immediately! Once your order has been moved to processing, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
